Hosting built by engineers who actually run servers.
KingsHost was founded in 2018 by a small team of systems engineers tired of overcrowded shared servers, opaque billing, and support tickets that bounced between agents for days. We set out to build the hosting company we wanted to use — fast, transparent, and staffed by real humans who understand the stack.
Today we serve more than fifty thousand websites across three continents, from solo developers and indie founders to small ecommerce stores and growing SaaS teams. We operate our own infrastructure on bare-metal servers in tier-3+ datacenters, keep our platform deliberately uncrowded, and answer every ticket personally.
We're not the biggest hosting company. We don't want to be. We want to be the one you tell your friends about.
Our values
Performance is a feature
We invest in NVMe storage, LiteSpeed, modern PHP, and HTTP/3 because slow sites cost our customers money. Speed isn't a premium tier — it's the default.
Humans answer tickets
Every support reply is written by a trained engineer. No outsourced first-line scripts. No "have you tried clearing your cache?" autoresponders.
Transparent pricing
The price you sign up for is the price you renew at — barring fundamental cost changes we'll always communicate in advance. No teaser rates.
Uncrowded servers
We deliberately cap accounts per shared server well below industry norms. Your neighbor's traffic spike shouldn't slow your site down.
Security by default
Free SSL, daily malware scans, brute-force protection, and isolated user accounts ship on every plan — not as paid add-ons.
Sustainable growth
We don't take VC money or chase exits. Every dollar comes from happy customers, and every dollar reinvests into better infrastructure.
People behind the platform
A focused team of engineers, support specialists, and operators.
